Our system has been improved in 2008 using new technology to maximize UV protection and uses an Anti-Microbial system. First, we clean your roof with our Anti-Mold soap. After allowing the anti-mold soap to work we power wash the roof with low pressure, this removes the stains and avoids damaging the roof's surface.
Our anti-mold soap contains an anti-viral, anti-bacterial and fungicidal wax (Mono-Laurin). Our product will not kill plants, stain fabrics or harm the environment in any way (unlike bleach). It will solve the actual problem - not just getting rid of the unsightly stain on your roof.
Second, we apply sealant. Our sealant contains the highest level of anti-microbial protection available. It is UV resistant and provides protection from acid rain. Our sealant will keep your roof looking great and extend the life of your roof. Tile roofs won’t fade; they’ll stay looking new.
